Who wrote 'We'll Run into Again' – and what'southward the story behind the Vera Lynn song?
Originally released in 1939, 'We'll Meet Again' is a British song equanimous by Ross Parker and Hughie Charles, and sung by Dame Vera Lynn.

Who was Matriarch Vera Lynn, and how old was the wartime singer?
Born on 20 March 1917 in East Ham, London, Matriarch Vera Lynn lived with her mother Annie, a dressmaker, and her father Bertram, a plumber.
By the age of seven, the talented entertainer had started singing in working men's clubs and became the family's primary breadwinner, earlier adopting her grandmother's maiden proper name 'Lynn' as her phase proper name anile xi.
At 22, she had sold more than a meg records and soon established her reputation equally The Forces' Sweetheart – the start of a long and rewarding career in music.
Matriarch Vera Lynn died on 18 June 2020, not long after she celebrated her 103rd birthday.
